You run a business with a team and real revenue, on a stack nobody fully understands anymore.
Somebody set up the automations years ago. Nobody can say anymore which ones still run, which ones misfire, and which ones quietly email people they shouldn't. Every decision still routes through you, because you are the only one holding the whole picture, and even your picture is partly wrong.
Every founder-led business I have opened up looks like this once it grows past the duct-tape phase. The tools multiplied, the people changed, and nobody ever drew the map.
the offer
The Org Audit
Outcome
You see your whole business clearly for the first time. One map of every system, every automation, every place a decision routes through you, every dollar leaking where you can't see it. Not what you think is broken. What is actually broken, named with counts and your own data. And your team can act on it without you translating.
Timeframe
The map and the bug inventory in your hands inside two weeks. The moment that changes things lands in week one, the first findings call, where you see your own system back.
Method
The audit runs against your live stack, read-only. Where your system is Keap or similarly modelable, a harness I have already built captures it at full diagram level, every campaign, automation, pipeline, and tag, in hours not weeks. Elsewhere the audit produces an evidence brief plus the bug inventory: anomalies, dormant work, duplicate flows, broken automations, ownership gaps, every claim tied to a thing you can open in your own system. The honest scope is stated up front for your stack; I do not promise diagrams for an arbitrary tool.
Result
A recent audit surfaced five figures of leaked revenue in week one and mapped the full customer journey.
Measured read-only against the business's own payment and automation records. Shared without the name until the client says otherwise.
Safety net
Read-only, nothing is changed, nothing can break. The map is yours to keep whether or not you go further. If the findings call does not show you something material you did not already know, you do not pay. Guaranteed is the map, the inventory, and a finding you could not have seen yourself. The one exclusion, named so it is clear, is a guaranteed dollar recovery.
Who it is for
Businesses past the duct-tape phase, with a team and real revenue, ready to open the books. Not early-stage. Not one-tool installs. Not owners who want a quick fix without looking at the whole picture. Not anyone unwilling to give read-only access; the audit is empirical or it is theater.
Pricing
System Audit, $7,500. The map, diagrams where your stack is modelable, and the bug inventory, in about two weeks.
Audit plus Remediation Roadmap, $18,000. Adds per-bug root cause and a fix plan sequenced to your team's real capacity.
Capability Transfer, $30,000. Adds the system handed over as version-controlled files you own, plus an operator runbook.
All three feed the full transformation, $30,000 to $50,000. An optional operate retainer after any rung runs $2,000 to $5,000 per month.
I am Eric Connelly, an engineer who spent the last decade coaching founders. The audit is both of those crafts at once, reading the systems and reading the people who run them. The longer version is on the about page.
The next step is a conversation. Thirty minutes, you and me, about what is actually running your business.
