You are excellent at one thing, and you are carrying a pile of AI-era ideas you cannot judge or build.

Twenty years of judgment in your domain, and every week another idea for what you could build on top of it. A tool, a product, a service your clients keep almost asking for. You cannot tell which one deserves your next year, and you cannot build any of them alone.

Pick wrong and you lose a year. Keep waiting and the window closes while you watch. Building is cheap now, anyone can do it, so the deciding question moved: which of these ideas do you have the right to win?

the offer

Right to Win

Outcome

Four weeks later you are holding a working prototype you built with me. Of the one idea you have the right to win, chosen on evidence, running on real data, in accounts you own, seen by a named real buyer from your network. And you can run it after I leave.

Timeframe

Four meetings carry four weeks. The scored board and the cut land in week one. The week-two gate is a real decision point. Continue to the build, or stop.

Method

Every idea you bring, up to fifteen, goes through a five-lens scored board. You make the cut, on evidence instead of enthusiasm. The chosen idea gets a written market read and a build plan you approve. Then we build a working prototype of the core loop on real data, in accounts you own, and put it in a named real buyer's hands through your network. You leave with the prototype, a position document, and the board for every idea we did not pick.

Training

Training is named artifacts, not a vague promise. An operator runbook written for you, one working session inside the four meetings where you drive, and two weeks of async questions after week four. You can run the prototype and make bounded changes. Extending it into new territory is a separate engagement, and I will say so up front.

Safety net

The guarantee covers the work and the artifacts, never the sale. The price splits in two, $3,500 at signing and $4,000 at the week-two gate, and the gate has a floor. If we stop at week two, you keep the scored board and the market read and you owe nothing more.

Who it is for

Independent consultants and operators with a real edge in one domain, a live network of buyers, and more than one idea worth taking seriously. Not first-time founders looking for a technical cofounder. Not anyone who wants the building done out of sight; you are in the room for all of it.

Pricing

$7,500. Split $3,500 at signing and $4,000 at the week-two gate. If we stop at the gate, the second payment never happens.

I am Eric Connelly, an engineer who spent the last decade coaching founders. This engagement is both crafts at once, judging the bet with you, then building it with you. The longer version is on the about page.

The next step is a conversation. Thirty minutes on the ideas you are carrying, and whether one of them is the one.
