We look at the decisions that need your judgment, the work your team can own, and where technology can help. You work directly with me. AI supports the work; I remain responsible for what I propose and build.

Do we have to change all our tools?
We start with the tools you already use. A replacement needs a reason. Access, live changes and any ongoing costs are agreed before implementation.
How much does it cost?
After an initial conversation, I propose a fixed scope and fee for the first piece of work. Implementation and ongoing support are priced separately. You choose whether to continue.
Can you help with a website?
Yes, when it serves a clear business need. We look at the offer, the enquiry and what happens after someone gets in touch, as well as the page itself.
What if I need coaching more than technology?
We can start with direction, priorities or delegation. Leadership coaching can also be a separate engagement through my Lead Paramount practice.

Eric Connelly EI, trading as Manor, is responsible for the personal details collected here. The free guide downloads directly without an email address. If you request a personal analysis, Manor records your email, optional first name, language, reflection, source and request date so Eric can review your situation and respond within one business day. This request does not subscribe you to updates.
Eric reviews your reflection personally. It is not sent to a public language model for an automated analysis. Please avoid including sensitive information or identifiable details about your clients; describe the workflow instead.
Manor updates are a separate, optional subscription. Your email, language, request date and the consent wording are recorded. Updates start only after you confirm your email and permission using the link sent to you, valid for 24 hours. You can unsubscribe using the link in an email or by contacting Eric. Opening a confirmation or unsubscribe page alone does not change your permission; its button completes the action.
This website uses OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare hosting. Supabase stores form records and Resend processes acknowledgement and confirmation emails, including the notification sent to Eric containing your reflection. Eric also handles your request in his email inbox. Your language preference can be saved in this browser. These pages contain no advertising or analytics tracker; hosting providers may process technical connection data to deliver and protect the site.
Booking opens Cal.com under its privacy policy. Details provided by email or when booking are used to respond and arrange the conversation. Neither contact nor booking subscribes you to updates. No details are sold.
Website database retention: Daily database cleanup deletes reflection requests older than 90 days, unconfirmed updates requests older than 30 days, and confirmed updates subscriptions three years after confirmation. Unsubscribed subscription details are deleted by this cleanup; a minimal hashed unsubscribe record is retained for 30 days to prevent older pending requests from reactivating your subscription. Eric keeps correspondence only as needed to handle your request. These database periods do not promise automatic deletion from email-provider systems or backups. Contact Eric to request deletion of your details.
