Manor (runmanor.com) is an AI-powered business operations platform operated by Eric Connelly, based in France. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

We built Manor for coaches, consultants, therapists, and small business owners. We take your data seriously because we know it represents your clients, your livelihood, and your trust.

What data we collect

Account information

When you sign up, we collect your name, email address, and any business information you provide during onboarding.

Data you provide directly

Anything you upload or enter into Manor - spreadsheets, documents, notes, chat messages with your AI CEO - is stored in your private database.

Google OAuth integrations

When you connect your Google account, we request access to the following services based on your needs:

• - Google Sheets - read and write spreadsheets
• - Google Docs - read documents
• - Google Contacts - read contacts
• - Google Analytics - read and manage analytics data
• - Google Search Console - read SEO data
• - Google Forms - read form responses

You choose which services to connect. You can disconnect any integration at any time from your connections dashboard.

Stripe Connect

When you connect your Stripe account, we access:

• - Payment and invoice data
• - Customer data
• - Subscription information

How we use your data

• 1. To provide AI-powered business operations. Your AI CEO uses your connected data to generate reports, morning briefings, financial summaries, and operational recommendations.
• 2. To automate workflows with your approval. Your CEO may draft emails, propose calendar events, or suggest follow-ups. Nothing is sent or executed without your explicit approval through the action queue.
• 3. To build your dashboard. Data from your integrations feeds into dashboard widgets that your CEO creates based on your requests.
• 4. AI processing. Your data is processed by Claude (by Anthropic) to provide insights, analysis, and recommendations. Data sent to the AI model is used solely for your session and is not used to train models.

What we do not do

• ✕ We never sell your data to third parties.
• ✕ We never share your data with other Manor clients.
• ✕ We never use your data for advertising.
• ✕ We never send messages or take actions on your behalf without your explicit approval.

Data storage and security

AI data processing

Manor uses Claude by Anthropic to power your AI CEO. When you interact with your CEO or when it processes your connected data, relevant information is sent to Anthropic's API for processing. Anthropic does not use API inputs to train their models. For details on Anthropic's data handling, see Anthropic's privacy policy.

Your rights (GDPR)

Our server is in the EU and we comply with the General Data Protection Regulation. You have the right to:

• ✓ Rectify any inaccurate data
• ✓ Delete your data entirely
• ✓ Export your data in a portable format (data portability)
• ✓ Revoke access to any connected integration at any time via your connections dashboard
• ✓ Object to processing or request restriction of processing

Cookies

Manor uses only essential cookies required for authentication and session management. We do not use tracking cookies, analytics cookies, or advertising cookies.
